LABS / SYSTEM MAP

My homelab, end to end.

The full architecture behind my infrastructure projects.
Follow the path from source control to the cluster, cloud services, metrics, and backups.

Architecture panorama showing Duc’s workstation and Git repositories, a six-node Kubernetes cluster across two Proxmox hosts, a Google Cloud VPS, the metrics path, and workstation-managed backups.

Local provisioning and GitOps feed the home cluster, off-cluster services retain metrics and application state, and workstation timers maintain the backup chain. Scroll sideways on a small screen, or open the full-size drawing.

The workstation is the control point for Terraform, Ansible, kubectl, Git, and scheduled backups. Two Proxmox hosts run the six Debian virtual machines that form the Kubernetes cluster, while a Raspberry Pi advertises routes for remote access.

The cluster reconciles its desired state with Argo CD and sends metrics through a mutually authenticated HTTPS connection to VictoriaMetrics on the Google Cloud VPS. The same VPS hosts the public edge, Headscale, Grafana, and personal services.
